Notice of Financial Incentive

 

We offer our customers many opportunities to earn discounts and rewards through participation in our Rewards Program, Coupon offers, and promotions collectively referred to as “Incentives.”

Our Rewards Program

We offer customers the opportunity to earn rewards points that can be redeemed for our products or used to receive other special offers and benefits (our “Rewards Program”). You may opt into the Rewards Program by creating a Rewards account. When you create a Rewards account, we require you provide your name and email address. If you sign up for the Rewards Program, you can earn additional rewards by providing your birthdate and social media account usernames, purchasing products from us, or based upon information, feedback, or reviews you provide when you engage with our promotions. We use this information to administer the Rewards Program, communicate with you, and support internal business operations. Participation in the Rewards Program is subject to the Rewards Program Terms and Conditions and our Terms of Service[A4] . You can withdraw from the Rewards Program at any time by deleting your Rewards Program account within the Try Your Best App. By withdrawing from the Rewards Program you will no longer be eligible for Rewards Program benefits, unless you re-enroll.

Coupons 

We also offer customers the opportunity to receive discounted products via the use of coupons and coupon codes, including when you provide your name and email for signing up to receive our promotional/marketing emails (“Coupons”). We use this information to communicate with you, administer the Coupons, and ensure compliance with our Coupon Policy. Your receipt and use of Coupons are subject to our Coupon Policy available here.

You can opt-out of receiving Coupons at any time by unsubscribing from our promotional emails via the “unsubscribe” link in our email messages.

Our Incentives’ Value

While we do not assign a specific monetary value to the data we collect through the Incentives described above, we do receive value in the form of customer loyalty and increased purchasing and engagement. Our reasonable estimate of the value received from the information you provide as part of the Incentives is the value of the free or discounted products, services, or other benefits that you may receive through your participation. We calculate this value using a reasonable, good-faith estimate based on the value of the special offer provided when you sign up, the anticipated revenue from the Incentive, and the value of future special offers you receive from us and use to make purchases. We also consider the costs associated with managing the Incentive, expenses incurred in the storage, retention, and use of information collected, and all other costs reasonably related to the Incentive.
