Overview
This Coupon Policy describes Not Your Mother’s (owned by DeMert Brands) (“NYM”) policies regarding the use of coupons and coupon codes in connection with your purchase of products (“Products”) provided directly to our Customers. The terms “we”, “us”, and “Not Your Mother’s,” “NYM,” refers to DeMert, Inc., with its headquarters in Tampa, Florida.
When you use our Services or purchase our Products, you consent to the terms and conditions as described in this Coupon Policy.

Terms and Conditions
Not Your Mother’s provides Coupons and Coupon Codes to assist its Customers in the purchase of NYM Products.
- Content of the Coupon
Coupons will contain information, including, but not limited to:
- Stipulation that the Coupon is a Manufacturer’s Coupon from NYM;
- The date of expiration (Month/Date/Year);
- The nature of the offer (for example, $X.00 off any one (1) NYM Product);
- Method of Redemption, including, but not limited to, in-person or online redemption; and
- Instructions to the Retailer for redemption of the Coupon.
- Redemption of Coupon and Coupon Codes
NYM will only accept one (1) Coupon per item. If the Coupon is expired, NYM will not accept the Coupon.
Coupons cannot be applied after the purchase of a Product(s) and cannot be applied to previous purchases of NYM Products.
Items purchased must match the description on the Coupon (including, but not limited to, brand, color, size, quantity, or other attribute).
Coupons are void if altered, copied, scanned, transferred, purchased, sold, or as otherwise prohibited by law.
An individual Coupon cannot exceed the value of the Product(s) to which it is applied. Coupons may not be applied to any NYM Products that may be sold at a discount.
Coupons can only be applied to in-stock Products.
Coupons and Coupon Codes may not be combined with any other discounts or offers.
- Condition of Coupon
NYM gladly accepts Coupons that it provides to Customers. NYM, however, will not accept Coupons that exhibit any of the following conditions:
- Coupons that are blurry;
- Coupons that are out of proportion;
- Coupons that do not scan properly (if applicable); or
- Coupons that appear to be altered in any way.
- Refusal of the Use of Coupons
NYM reserves the right to refuse or limit the use of any Coupon.
NYM does not accept expired Coupons or counterfeit coupons, NYM further does not accept coupons from any third party.
If appropriate, in situations that may constitute illegal or fraudulent behavior, NYM will cooperate with appropriate law enforcement to investigate and prosecute individuals using any counterfeit coupons or otherwise using coupons that may violate the laws of a given jurisdiction.
- Terms Specific to Coupon Codes
Coupon Codes cannot be resold and are valid only if obtained from NYM or an authorized third party. Coupon Codes may not be valid and may not be honored if obtained from unauthorized sellers or resellers.
Unless otherwise stated by NYM at the time of issuance, a Coupon Code is only issued for a single NYM Product and cannot be used for another NYM Product. For example, a Coupon Code issued for a NYM Naturals Product cannot be used for a NYM Smooth MovesÔ Product.
Coupon Codes cannot be combined with other offers, physical or digital Coupons, or other Coupon Codes.
Coupon Codes expire and will no longer be usable after date set forth on the other terms and conditions associated with the Coupon Code. NYM reserves the right to deactivate a Coupon Code at any time and render it unusable. Instances where NYM may deactivate a Coupon Code may include, but are not limited to, incidences where NYM believes that there has been fraudulent activity related to a Coupon Code.
Coupon Codes can only be redeemed by NYM for the Product(s) which the Coupon Code was issued. Coupon Codes are not debit or credit cards. Coupon Codes have no cash value, are not refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Entire Agreement
This Coupon Policy, including NYM’s Terms of Use, which are hereby incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and NYM, superseding any contemporaneous or prior agreements between you and NYM.
- Governing Laws
The Coupon Policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, County of Hillsborough, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Limitation on Claims
Any action concerning this Coupon Policy must be brought within one (1) year after the reason for the action arises, or the claim is barred.
- Updates to This Privacy Policy
NYM may revise this Coupon Policy from time to time. If NYM makes material changes to this Coupon Policy, we will notify you by posting a notice on our Site prior to or on the effective date of the changes. By continuing to access or use the services or to purchase a Product(s) after those changes become effective, you acknowledge the revised Coupon Policy.
